ConfigFree以前原来是一款专为Toshiba优梯札记形计算机所设计的无线计算机网络基地套搜索程序。他以炫丽的电磁波雷达桌面图标来展示电脑旁边是否有可以使用的的无线计算机网络基地套，包括基地套强度、信道等等记录国际都市显示出来；精细扫描时候还有音缴的音效，真的是库至不行！
以前原来只有Toshiba产扑克的优梯笔记形电脑才能应用ConfigFree，然而现在只需在操作系统注册表中动若干上肢足，就可以让所有产牌的笔电都可以使了！办法是：首先安装ConfigFree，然后打开注册表设计工具将
「hkey(注册表主根键名称)_local(地方的，本地的，自身)_machine(机器，机械，计算机)software(计算机上运行的程序)TOSHIBAConfigFree」里面的「InstCheck」文字串值从以前原来数目量"0"变成"1"，便能在其他产扑克的札记形计算机上应用了！
