本程序是首款真实能够拦阻Windows信使消息的软件。他具有例如以下功能：
1、接受：真实独立地拦阻信使消息，使你勿继续遭垃圾信使的扰乱，同一时候且不遗失有用的信使信息，同时还有展示相对一方ip(网络之间互连的协议的缩写)与地理位置的功能。
2、发出：快捷的发送功能，能够以任何您喜欢的姓名发出出动出去，如若对方不具有使用本软件，就不可以看见您的真实名称。可壹次发出众分消息。
3、支持朋友、软件黑名单管理，可以锁一个ip(网络之间互连的协议的缩写)，亦能够锁ip(网络之间互连的协议的缩写)段。本程序还有自动回复、只许可本台电脑消息（遮蔽一切外来信息）、加载为系统服务（可以不需要登陆系统就可以接受信使信息）等功能。
2.21版本新增动态增加接口插件的功能，只要将搞好的接口插件放到plugins(编写的辅助程序)列表下，即可以在主程序中自动挪用。
本回也发布了一个“超级信使发送软件”，和主软件的发送板块对比，他具有向IP段发出、自动搜寻局域网里的电脑。更为重要的是他拥有偶独创的应用网络代理（SOCKS5网络代理）发出的功能。拥有此个功能，即能够冲破发出方的限制，也可以潜匿发出方的身份。
2.3版本更正了总是出现“捆绑错误”提醒的重大问题。同时提供了在线自动更新的功能。
