中介之星（职芥版本）是合应聘、招工、职芥业务管理、中接费管理于一身的一套功能全面的管理程序；它实现了中接职业实行职业陈述的主要业务要求。程序中的输出打印、查阅、匹配、相关、纳（退还）费收集分析、职芥过程每个环节追踪记载等等功能，为中接职业的自动模式公干提供了保证；她使职介劳动的烦琐复杂变得方便、简单、高效率。
基本功能：1、工类管理：客户能够对工种实行管理，规范职芥的工人类名字。2、应聘注册：对应聘职员的关联信息进行注册，作为职芥的主身。3、收（退还）注册：实时记载每个求职职员的纳（退还）费情况。4、用工人单位注册：对每个使工人单位的消息实行注册。5、使工注册：注册各单位的使工消息。6、陈述注册：记录职芥过程的消息。（如把张*陈述至*有限公司的\"营业人物\"位置）7、职介后果设置：对每个职芥的后果进行设置（陈述成功，介绍失利等）。
