黑痕天气5.4（5th(磁带处理程序例程)、3rd(软件研发工程师 )）发布了，本版本中融入了最具体的生活指数及建议，而且把第一盛行的微博和程序紧密相联，使得客户在第一时间内可以将气候变到微博客中来增强活跃人气，而且以短信共享功能来使自身的好友、父母晓得天气改变，是一项特别亲近的功能，版本具体功能陈述如下：

新功能:
1. 鼠标点击生活指数可查看指数详情，具体生活提倡让你出横愈发自如.

1. 处理了钢增加毕城市后, 勿升级崭新增加的城市信息, 勿转换高亮, 直接鼠标点击已有的都市卡片(去高清以外的)使它转换至主界面, 继续转换回都市界面, 高亮消亡的问题.
2. 处理了启动画面忽然横屏, 图画能显示不全或者拥有破影的问题.
3. 解决了对待古老的天气记录，主面界和都市界面显示的升级时间勿一样的问题.
4. 处理了转发晚上发布的天气预测报告时候日期错混的问题.
5. 去掉了各行各业面的"导航"选项及功能.
6. 处理了对待壹天及以前的气候数据，主面界与都市界面显示的升级时间勿一样的问题.
7. 处理了5th(磁带处理程序例程)桌面展示【微-跳页表】时候，计算机屏幕蓝屏以后继续点亮，跳页表右边上面角落会出现暗点的问题.
