web(图形化的和易于导航)频宽美容整形师(HostShaper)是网站带宽监控和调整工具，可以对域名、来访ip(网络之间互连的协议的缩写)、文件类别/尺寸等等元素灵活分配频宽。与通常的iis(微软公司提供互联网信息服务)接口插件不同，HostShaper能协作windows(微软公司视窗电脑操作系统)下任意web(图形化的和易于导航)服务器程序（囊括iis(微软公司提供互联网信息服务)、Apache等等）单独完成频宽美容整形。HostShaper劳动在内心态，处理高效率，而且可以真实控制频宽最大峰值，实时展示出站流动速度。支持动态安排，能够设置成唯一存在一定负载条件下才触发频宽限定，充足运用空隙频宽资源。对待小规模网站，特别是虚拟主机共享频宽的状况，HosShaper可以有效压制部分服务器或部分ip(网络之间互连的协议的缩写)众进程下载的影响，增强整个网站功能。现在版本只支持Win2000 server(物理上存在的服务器)/2003/XP
