 MINI6410 USB-OTG下载的问题

管理提醒： 本帖被 qq2440 从 开发板实战手册及教程 移动到本区(2011-06-15)
购入两块MINI6410的板子，发现SD卡烧写程序正常，但是使用USB-OTG下载的时候出现问题。
U-BOOT和KERNEL下载都正常，但是下载ROOTFS_QTOPIA_QT4.IMG文件时，下载就卡在那里了，怎么也不动。

看了一下终端的打印信息
这是U-BOOT下载好后的信息：

这是文件系统下载后的信息：

然后就一直停在那里，怎么也不动了。

怀疑，是不是我的文件系统太大，从USB-OTG下载下来之后，先缓存在我的256M RAM里面，然后再写到FLASH里面去的
U-BOOT和KERNEL两个文件都不大，但是ROOTFS文件系统很大，差不多到250M了，所以RAM 空间不够用导致的？

新的superboot可以支持大文件烧写

请问如何将SUPERBOOT下载到NAND中呢，手册中有吗 ？

我用U-BOOT烧写SUPPERBOOT的时候出现如下错误了：

##### FriendlyARM U-Boot(2010-11, NAND) for 6410 #####
[f] Format the nand flash
[v] Download u-boot.bin
[k] Download Linux/Android kernel
[y] Download root yaffs2 image
[a] Download Absolute User Application
[n] Download Nboot.nb0 for WinCE
[w] Download WinCE NK.nb0
[s] Set the boot parameter of Linux
Boot Linux
[q] Quit to shell
NAND: 1024 MiB, RAM: 256 MiB
Enter your Selection:v
Downloading U-Boot.bin from USB...
Insert a OTG cable into the connector!

SUPERBOOT太大了，还是不能使用这种方式烧写 ？

而且我不懂这个什么意思
