Wince5.0系统总是下载不成功，请问这是为什么？

板子：mini2440+7寸

以前我成功下载过Wince系统，
但这次买回来的开发板，按照相应的步骤操作后，下载镜像是总出现两种情况之一，都未能下载成功啊

麻烦帮我看看哪里错了？

现象一：镜像下载完毕，但完毕后不自动启动WinCE系统，输入b，居然提示启动linux的东西

现象二(绝大多数时候是这个)：在镜像的下载过程中，USB突然中断....，超级终端的显示为

不要混用老的wince烧写文件，要用新的才可以

不清楚你的配置，都可以试试

还是不行额，用新的镜像文件是这个情况，现象一
镜像的确是下载完了，分区完成后不自动启动WinCE，
输入b后，提示Copy linux kernel from ...........，但linux系统也没起来

请问下一步我该怎么做？

此外，
发现板子上的元件U14 1117-1.8V上电后就开始发烫，别的温度都正常
请问这是上面的原因吗，应该怎么处理？

我的也是7寸屏，上电后LM1117-3.3V会发热
之前换过nandflash，开始没焊接好，会出现正在下载镜像时usb断开的现象

1.8V只是用于cmos接口的供电，其他没有地方用到，因此没有影响

所有的镜像都试过了，还是不行
可以断定是板子有问题，明天准备联系返厂维修了
因为我们同时购买的两套，这套换不了系统，后来测试发现下载到内存运行都不可以啊，USB都有问题
另外一套就一点问题没有
