如果你相信你的人品没有问题的话，你也可以和我一样试试在一个已经运行起来的文件系统上手动运行你编译出来的busybox。另外，最好把包含"Kernel panic - not syncing: Attempted to kill init!"的完整启动log贴出来看看。
