RT,已知我的套件為最新256M內存,1G nandFlash，不含屏

啟動時t進入superboot菜單：

[f]：先格式化NAND flash，
[v] ：然後下載u-boot：u-boot_nand-ram256，
[k] ：然後下載內核：zImage_n43
[y] ： 最後下載yaffs2 image：rootfs_android.img
[s]：設定Linux-CommandLine ： root=/dev/mtdblock2 rootfstype=yaffs2 init=/linuxrc console=ttySAC0,115200

建议你低格nand flash 后重新用SD烧写

我都是先Format nand flash 後  再使用USB或SD燒錄

不過我用的superboot是7/22，映象檔是原始光碟內的

我先下載最新的7/22光碟  試試

看起來是停在触摸屏控制器
/dev/touchsreen
一直在校準....


PS.我拔插512 MB SD/2G/8G SD Card 是有反應的，但是2G/8G 卻不能用來作SD燒錄....
