Saving Problem WinCE5

Hi everyone;
I want to ask question about qq2440 board.I am installing Wince5 and then I create a new file on wince5 system (qq2440's RAM isn't seen on platform). After I restart the system, then this file is not found. What is the problem?

Please help me...

The WinCE operating system run on SDRAM, so when you saved a file, it is written to RAM but not FLASH.

Especially, the setting of  WinCE is saved as HIV file which is actually saved on Flash.

it is good determination and I know that. but I  don't know how can I save as HIV. I adjusted platform builder project as HIV-BASED system before. but it did not work.
Please explain which parameters must be adjust or what can I do?
