 将yaffs2文件系统烧写到nand后,启动出错

我使用u-boot-2013.04-rc1,linux3.8.3,交叉编译器为4.4.1,使用busybox1.20.2制作yaffs2文件系统,板子为tiny6410 253MSDRAM,nand为K9GAG08U0D,内核的MTD分区为0-1M(Bootloader),1M-6M(Kernel),6M-206M(File system),206M--(user),我使用nfs来挂接yaffs2文件系统,当内核启动的时候,文件系统成功的启动了,但是我将yaffs2文件系统烧写到nand的时候,出现下面的错误:

看过好多这样的log了,但是大伙好像都没有解决这个错误,您能说一下怎样解决吗?
