JLink- JFlash connection fail problem with micro 2440

Hi, Dear All :

I try to use J-Flash to download NOR flash data, and import a init script ( mini2440.jflash).
when I start connection procedure, It always return an error dialog as below:
"write memory error @address 0x53000000, word access time out. Failed to connect"

0x5300,0000 is watch dog init. , the value should be 0x0000,0000

2440的内存一般是0x30000000开头的
